Here you will find the rules for using Tumbao and buying videos.

  1. 1. What Tumbao is

    Tumbao makes short videos with artificial intelligence: you choose a trend, upload your photo, and get a video where you take the place of the person in the original. Each video is made by AI, so the result can be different from what you expect.

  2. 2. Who can use it

    You must be 18 years or older. You may upload only a photo of yourself, or of another adult who agreed to it. You are responsible for that permission.

  3. 3. What is not allowed

    Do not upload a photo of a child, of a public figure, or of anyone who did not agree.

    Do not use Tumbao to deceive, to pretend to be someone else, to harass, or to make sexual, violent, or hateful content.

    Do not present a video as real, or as made without AI.

    We can refuse a photo, stop an order, or close an account that breaks these rules. If we stop an order for this reason, we can keep the payment when the law allows it.

  4. 4. Your photo and your video

    Your photo stays yours. You allow us, and the companies that help us, to use it only to make and deliver your video.

    You may keep your video and share it on social media for personal, non-commercial use. The trend's original clip and its music belong to their owners, so do not sell the video or use it in advertising.

  5. 5. Price and payment

    The price shows on the trend page before you pay, and it includes taxes. Our payment processor takes the payment.

  6. 6. Refunds

    If we cannot make your video, we refund the payment automatically.

    If your video has a clear defect, write to hola@tumbaoai.me within 7 days. We look at it and, when it is fair, we make it again or give a refund.

  7. 7. Delivery and storage

    We usually deliver your video within minutes. You can download it for one year; your video page shows the last day. After that, we delete it.

  8. 8. Our responsibility

    We do our best to keep Tumbao working, but we cannot promise that it always works or that each video is perfect. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

  9. 9. Changes and contact

    We can change these terms. The new terms apply to orders after the date at the top. Questions: hola@tumbaoai.me.
