Here you will find which data we keep, why, and how you can delete it.

  1. 1. Who we are

    Tumbao makes short AI videos from your photo, in the style of a viral trend. In this policy, “we” means Tumbao. If you have a question about your data, write to us at hola@tumbaoai.me.

  2. 2. What we collect

    Your Google account: your name, your email address, and your profile picture, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.

    Your photo: the photo you upload for a trend, and the frame you choose for the video.

    Your video: the video we make for you, and a still image of it.

    Your payment: our payment processor handles the payment. We receive only the amount, the status, and a reference. We never see your card number.

    Technical data: when you sign in, we keep your IP address and your browser type with your session, to keep your account safe. For the photo check, we keep a scrambled form of your IP address for one week, to stop abuse.

    Usage: we count steps such as “trend viewed” or “video downloaded” to improve the site. We do this without cookies, and the counts never include your email, your photo, or your order.

  3. 3. How we use it

    To make your video: we check your photo, send it with the trend's original clip to our video provider, and deliver the result to you.

    To tell you that your video is ready, by email.

    To take your payment, to give a refund, and to keep the records that tax law requires.

    To protect the service: to stop abuse, fraud, and photos that break our rules.

    We do not sell your data. We do not use your photo or your video to advertise to you.

  4. 4. Who helps us

    We share your data only with the companies that help us run Tumbao, and only for their job. They are in the United States. If you ask, we tell you their names.

    • Sign-in: your Google account
    • Payments: a payment processor
    • Storage and servers: cloud providers that keep your photos, your videos, and our site
    • Video: an AI video provider that makes your video
    • Photo check: an AI provider that checks your photo
    • Email: an email service; it keeps delivery records with your email for a limited time
    • Errors: an error reporting service, without photos
    • Usage counts: an analytics service, without cookies; it receives your IP address only to estimate your country, and does not keep it

  5. 5. How long we keep it

    A photo that you do not buy with: deleted within 24 hours.

    The photo of a video you bought: deleted 7 days after your video is ready, or after we close your order.

    Your video: kept for one year, so you can download it again. Your video page shows the last day.

    Our video provider keeps the video it makes for at least 7 days, and can delete it after that. We cannot delete its copy earlier.

    Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Payment records stay as long as tax law requires, without your photos or videos.

  6. 6. Your choices

    You can download your videos at any time from “My videos”.

    You can ask us to delete your data: write to hola@tumbaoai.me from the email of your account. We delete your photos, your videos, your sign-in, your name, and your email. We keep only the payment records that the law requires.

    You can ask us what data we have about you, or to correct it.

  7. 7. Age

    Tumbao is only for adults, 18 years or older. Do not upload a photo of a child.

  8. 8. Changes

    If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change is important, we tell you before it applies.
